When choosing bindings, this guide is as accurate as possible, especially if you find yourself around the midpoint of a size-run. But if you are in or around the size overlap zones, a little more caution is advised. Not all brands size their boots the same, and there can be differences in the volume of the boots so, if possible, please try to make sure that your boot works for that binding size.

If you are in the overlap zone, and there's no way you can try them yourself, we recommend going with the bigger binding size to make sure getting in & out is as easy as possible. If you go with the smaller binding size, it might be tighter to get in & out, but you will also find more of a locked-in feel.
