Where can I find a QR code?

By selecting our locker return service, a QR code will be generated and emailed to you following completion of our online returns portal. This service will allow you to return your order to us, without the use of a printer. 

Please note that our pre-paid Royal Mail returns label needs to be printed to benefit from our free UK returns and a QR code cannot be produced.
