Your order will remain in an 'Awaiting Return' status until it is processed by our team. To track your return parcel please see the tracking information on your certificate of postage, if our pre-paid returns label has been used this reference can be tracked on Royal Mail's website, under their track and trace feature.
When your return parcel arrives into our warehouse, it will be quarantined for 72 hours for the safety of our team. Following the quarantine period, we aim to process all returns within three to five working days, although at peak times such as End of Season Sale or Christmas, this can take a little longer.
An automated email will be sent confirming that your return has been processed and a further email confirming the despatch of your replacement order, should an exchange have been requested.
