How will Brexit affect my delivery?

Deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to the destination countries import duties and other local taxes (e.g. the equivalent of UK VAT). Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient to pay (as stated in our terms and conditions of sale). We will provide the relevant customs documentation, either a CN22/23 and/or a commercial invoice on the outside of the parcel for the receiving customs office to view.

An estimation of the customs charges can be obtained by adding the items you wish to purchase to your basket, with the delivery destination country selected from the dropdown list. The estimated cost of duty, VAT and courier fee can be found below the Secure Checkout and PayPal Checkout options on the Basket page, on the Order Summary page and the Payment page prior to completing your order.

Please note, these charges are estimated based on the information given to us by the courier at the time of ordering. If in any doubt regarding potential import duties or taxes please contact the relevant local customs office for clarification and further guidance. It may be prudent to undertake this prior to placing your order.

Parcels that are refused may still incur duty and VAT charges if they are cleared in advance and payment is not made. If this occurs we will try and recover the duty and VAT from you during the return process.
