CheckoutBy selecting to return with 'Royal Mail QR Code' or ‘InPost Lockers’ , you can return your order without the need of a printer.
After completing our online returns portal process, you will have the option to download and the relevant QR code. Please note that a smart phone or similar device is required for this service.
Royal Mail
Your Royal Mail QR code can be presented at your local Post Office, this will generate a label to be fixed to the outside of the parcel. Please ensure a certificate of postage is obtained from the Post Office.
InPost Locker
Details of your nearest InPost locker can be found via the InPost website by entering your postcode. Simply take your return to your local InPost locker (contact free, 24 hours a day), scan your QR code (obtained via our returns portal) and put your parcel in the locker and you’re done.
There’s no need to put a label on the box as this is completed by the courier, but all items will need to be within one parcel which is no bigger than 41cm x 38cm x 64cm and the parcel securely sealed.
