Why isn't there a packing note in my parcel?

As part of our sustainability initiative, we are working to reduce excess paper and packaging wherever possible. Consequently, we no longer include a printed packing note in our parcels. Therefore, if you require a printed confirmation of your order, please either print your despatch confirmation email or download and print a copy of your invoice, obtained via the 'My account' section of our website.
