Why doesn't my gift card / verification code work?

To make payment with a gift card, please proceed through the checkout to the payment screen and select 'Gift Card' as your payment method.

Please enter the 13-digit number from the back of the plastic card into the first text box, ensuring the initial digit is entered.

The verification code can then be entered into second text box, this code can be found under the scratch off panel on the back of the card or on the till receipt if the card was purchased in store.
